Registered Yoga Instructor & Thai Fusion Certified Diana Esanu teaches a 6-part yoga series. Each class will involve skillful stretches, gentle poses, uplifting breath work, and affirmations, followed by a ten-minute guided meditation - all simultaneously in connection with nature. BYOM (Bring your own mats!) & your most favorite people!
