200 hr. registered yoga instructor & Thai fusion certified Diana Esanu will teach a 5-part yoga series. Each class will involve skillful stretches, gentle poses, uplifting breath work, and affirmations, followed by a ten-minute guided meditation - all simultaneously in connection with nature. BYOM (Bring your own mats!) and your most favorite people!
